I dont mean to be critical here but apart from the new look and layout and a few things like user reviews what is actually different about the new site?

To me it just feels like the old site but all new and fancy, for example the whole reccomendations and user online thing is the same along with most of the other old features.

Dont get me wrong i like it but wondering if there really was a need to change.
