im busy writing my dissertation outline and its a bit of a pain ... basically i write an essay about what im going to put in my dissertation and how im going to do it.

and this is worth 20% of my total mark for the dissertation !

(my dissertation is on the effects of new labours devolution project on the aims and strength of political will within english regionalism if you care)
