i am currently arguing over the merits of the grand old man of the confectionary stands that is the Twix.

my friend argues that they have (since the glory days of 1993-8) become too crunchy, too sickly and he even preposterously alludes to the fact that their dimensions have reduced.

i agree on the crunchy aspect of his criticism but not the other claims. either way we are both in agreement that they are far superior to such monstrosities as the Double Decker
