so far today, i have been late for work thanks to chris moyles and his stupid show in leeds, have forgotten my copy of empire to combat the boredom of work and my hands are stained red and it's not coming off, making people in the office think i'm a murderer.

and yesterday a cat bit me and that hurts now.
