Thigh chafing
Oof, I got some awful thigh chafage last weekend when I did a big run. Might be time for me to admit that a pair of swim shorts and t-shirt isn't the best outfit for a proper run. What do I need to do? Some kind of compression shorts? Can I get some from Sports Direct? I don't have a tonne to spend.
Mention cycling things and I will cut you.
