What’s bothering you at the moment? Any dilemmas or annoyances to share with DiS?

Patronising colleague is getting to me and half my team. Wondering whether to try and raise it with my boss but such a small company it’s bound to get nasty.

Also wish I could sleep without waking up from awful nightmares.
