So, we are going on a road trip and need some recommendations of things to see and do along the way if anyone has traveled to these areas.

Start:
Arrive in San Francisco on 6th October (We have accommodation here in Bernal Heights)
Fly to Vegas on 9th (one night in Vegas) (Accomodation sorted at Luxor)
Pick up car from Vegas (10th October)

Arrive in Austin Texas (19th October) (Staying in a camper van in someones back garden idk dont ask)
Go home on 22nd

From the recommendations on here, we've agreed to not bother with Phoenix and say up the top of Arizona and then go to Santa Fe. Then from there down to Austin although that seems like a long drive and we're not sure where to stop off at and sleep over or skip.

So pls give me some cool stuff and shit to avoid
