had too much ale last night, eventually it got to me as I was going to bed and I threw up on my sleeping bag (stayed round a friend's). Had to wipe it all off with toilet roll.

In Costa now, feeling shaky. Not sure if I've had too much to drink or I'm just ill or both. Bit concerned as I have some pain in my stomach.
