That some shoe makers/vendors of shoes dont respect the official UK sizing rules.

Case in point - Bought some shoes off ASOS,uk size 13 (hello ladies! And gents!)
They arrived - they're no bigger than a UK 11 despite having UK 13 all over them.
What's the point of having sizes if nobody respects them?!1
