hello

so I'm a bit bored of working 5 days a week - never have anytime to do any of my own 'projects' which although they are totally vanity projects which haven't really got any legs to generate any cash, but y'know - kindof important to me.

so... i am pretty damn sure that my current employer isn't going to let me go down to four days as we are constantly overworked here, so if i apply for NEW JOBS - what's the deal with applying for you jobs - and then being all 'oh and i only want to work 4 days' - get that in at the beginning of the process or at interview stage? get a new job and then just don't turn up on fridays?
