i) I don't know how to describe this feeling in my knees and I'm going to be speaking to a doctor later. They feel sort of restless, like they need to be stretched or I need to do some squats, but they're not stiff. It isn't painful, it's just a bit uncomfortable (the post-exercise pain is what I need to speak to a doctor about).

How do I more clearly articulate this? Any suggestions from joint issue veterans?
