Taking a leisurely stroll along Regents Canal by Mile End on Sunday a cyclist lost control and skidded in to the canal right in front of me. I had to pull him out while his friends just kind of stood around on their bikes watching. I asked if he needed any help but he said he was OK and I was pretty hungry so I just left 'cause I had a sausage roll in my bag I wanted to eat. He was laughing loads from the shock and his bike was completely submerged without a trace. For such an exciting event it was all very awkward and brief.
