Almost everyone that I work with go and sit in these sweat lodges naked and hallucinate and purify themselves then come home and do about £100 worth of coke and down 10 pints a night. These people are also claiming they're Buddhist and they all go to meditation classes and have an attitude of being better than others, and say stupid things like (my boss being the example here) "no, don't kill the flies, they won't have the chance to come back as a human in their next life" when we run a fucking cafe and the flies are landing on food. And every single one of these Buddhists do more coke than anyone I've ever met, eat meat, knowingly buy knock off goods, pull scams all over the show, act like pigs, degrade women etc. Some of them are also pagans or something, whatever the fuck is trendy in M21 right now.

One guy in this weird tribe, who is like 40, went around for about a month telling anyone who would listen that such and such a girl (naming her in full) had a really smelly vagina and laughed about it to literally anyone who would listen. Then he bleats on about how women are goddesses and he has such respect for them. He has no awareness of how much of a dick he is.

Typical conversation with one of these chumps in work "Hey look at this knock off bike I just bought, hahahaha, someone had their thing stolen so I could have something cheap, oh and can we make sure we're all using Manuka honey and raw milk from now on please? And can you light a candle and put it in front of the Buddha statue whilst I go and fiddle the books"

Anyway, am I just living in a weird bubble of hypocrites/in a cult without realising or is like a new trend everywhere?
