People at my old job thought I was some kind of well-connected socialite because, through a fairly bizarre string of coincidences, I happened to know an awful lot of people that we interviewed. I don't know a lot of people. I don't go out much.

Also at uni I briefly had the nickname of "Epimer, seducer of women" that was given to me in the middle of an embarrassingly long dry spell, because my friends are dicks. Except I overheard someone at a party telling another woman there that they should watch out for me because I was some kind of seducer of women. Fuck sake.
