Mine is fairly small and the "snout" is slightly angled upwards, but not like in a League of Gentlemen way. I trim the inside hairs once every few weeks. Occasionally a spot appears inside a nostil which can be painful but tends to vanish after a couple of days.

Around seven years ago I think there must have been a weak blood vessel inside the nose as every time I blew it, or even stood up, I would get a nosebleed. Very annoying. However this must have since healed as I haven't had a nosebleed for many years.

The last time someone complimented my nose was in December last year.
