went to the National Express office and guy was tinkering about on his phone. approached the desk and he was still on his phone. said 'hi' which he acknowledged with his head, but still, he wouldn't look away from his phone.

I could see he was watching a video. I asked him if it was any good. he looked up, but kept glancing at the video! told him that for the next twenty seconds, I'd appreciate him devoting ALL of his attention to me. he made some comment under his (probable bad) breath. reminded him that as a paid employee of National Express and as such, he was actually here to help people and not watch videos.
