Y'know, a full week of meetings with my team, not somewhere they fix things. Anyway, just been sent this "profile page" I have to complete and take along - I have to put a photo of me on there, and obv my name and position etc, and then there are these three questions:

What is your current role, and your educational /professional background? (fine, I guess)

What are your strengths and passions, in and out of work? (what is this, an interview?)

What principles do you stand for? (um, squidpan?)
