Someone rang the IT helpdesk this morning because they couldn't get some programs to work on their computer. She couldn't do any work all morning cause nothing seemed to load up for her.

About 10 mins ago they called her back and diagnosed the problem - of her two monitors she had only turned one on this morning - all of the programs had opened up on the second monitor.....
