Are there any Cafés, Pubs or restaurants in London which serve- not on the side of a sandwich or in a packet, but as a legit side:

High end handcooked crisps (e.g Kettle Chips type) poured into a cup or a small tin tubular object? (or anything that cooked chips would normally arrive in, e.g tiny supermarket trolleys or decorative plates/bowls.)

Must be served separately and not on the side of something else, and must not be in original packet. Has anyone seen this? I think they're missing a trick if it doesn't already exist.
