We're not just talking her taking the trolley into the toilets: she literally took it into the cubicle with her. I can't believe it fit in there. everyone was giving her weird looks. she was also on the phone while badly manoeuvring the trolley into the sink section, and then out of the room. absolute hero tbh.

DONE: approximately 30 seconds after Trolley Woman left the toilets, I tried to purchase WOMEN'S PRODUCTS from the machine. it did not give me the requested products as the tray was stuck. pressed a button wondering if it would make the tray unstick. It did not. It ejaculated my pound out of the hole, which I was not expecting, and the pound ended up in the bin. I ended up rifling through the bin looking for my pound coin, including going through a layer of matted hair and dirt. eww. I did not find my pound coin.
