just went live today in my new job helping people with phones and t'internet. I need a kiss and a cuddle. need to go and beg the Unicorn hipster veggie co-op in C-town (Chorlton) for full time work, because this phone-based customer service is a mug's game (mugs aren't as emotionally sensitive as I am).
