Worse than external ones? Certainly more potential for embarrassment. Got one tomorrow. Going up against four other people, all of whom I know, two of whom I'd consider friends. It doesn't help that the interviews will be in our meeting room, which is only separated from the main office by a glass wall. I should do some more preparation but I'm paralysed by anxiety :/
