So, my thinly-veiled and I are looking at renting a 1/2 bed place together from January 2016 in Herne Hill/Brixton or Finsbury Park/Islington. Are there any letting agents that aren't total shithouses with fees for absolutely everything? I'm guessing not. Nevertheless, any advice about this from anyone that's been in the same boat would be much appreciated.
