Dead (not dead excited about going to Itchy and Scratchy Land)?

I'm sure IS will just fade away now they've possibly lost this criminal mastermind. Though if he is dead I'm sure he'll rise from the grave when the government next needs to justify more invasion of privacy or deflect attention from some bad news.
