That's right.
Have you ever bothered going beyond the basic roast? You know, when your Sunday supplement has a recipe for a marinated, Indian spiced lamb or whatever and you think "oooh that sounds nice" but when it comes down to it you just bosh on a load of rosemary. I think the most faff I've ever bothered with was studding (not the correct term) a leg of lamb with little prosciutto/rosemary things.
Anyway, what's the most non-vanilla, mega-faff roast you've ever bothered with? Talk to me.
