Tell me if you even lift and what you do and your progress and injuries and do you stretch or have physio and what supplements you take and your gym everything else inbetween.
I do weights but in so skinny and such as hard gainer, normally when I tell people it's met with a bit of a wry smile.
Fucking wry smiling pricks. I'll show them.
