I see from my trip to Saino's at lunchtime that this has come into effect. Is it a bit tokenistic? Or is there a giant mountain somewhere to be made of all our discarded plastic bags?

Personally I'm going to have to (a) start buying pedal-bin liners; (b) replace my bike saddle with one that's a little more watertight.
