Went on a villa holiday last week for 9 days in a place up a mountain and 15 mins drive from the nearest town. There was no running water in the place for 6 of the 9 days.

The landlord guy lives in the UK and was a total prick about it the whole time, dodging responsibility and trying to act like the middleman between us and the Spanish water authorities.

We obviously want some/all of our money back for it, but how do we do it?

Failing that, what can we do to sabotage his business and crush his crumbling empire into dust?
