They blindfold you along with 9 other hostages and line you up exactly 20 metres from a cliff edge, at the bottom of which lies certain death. You have 2 minutes to walk as far forward as you dare, and at the end of that time everyone who hasn't walked off the cliff will be thrown off it, except the hostage standing closest to it.
