Does anyone have experience of renting out a room in their house on Airbnb? I'm thinking of doing it but worried that guests will have the expectation of having a room/house that is spotless like a hotel. What kind of services (breakfast, towels etc) did you provide and did you feel safe leaving strangers in your home?

Similarly, have you used Airbnb as a guest and what were the places like?
