You quite like your current job.... mainly you like working with your small team and your boss is ace and a mate.

But then you apply for another job because it sounds really interesting.... and then you have an interview and it goes well and the new job could possibly be yours.

Do you just say to hell with my mate (boss) and leave them in the shit or what?
