I just walked home form work, bumped into the ex on the way, chatted for about half an hour, was quite nice actually...sure I felt anxious for a bit but I think it's a victory for me and a testiment to my belated burgeoning maturity. Several slices of shit on my plate but for today I'm doing alright :)
