I dunno:

+ it seems rather odd that a whole load of barely-tested chemicals can evade drug laws when "mainstream" drugs carry jail terms.
- I don't know how I feel about the possession of drugs being a criminal offence, let alone an imprisonable one. So I think they've probably gone the wrong way.

So in summary, I think they're probably being consistent. But then what about alcohol? So yeah, I don't know.
