I have this pain below and around my left eye that is sharp and pronounced when I blink but otherwise doesn't cause me any trouble. This is the third day its been here now and its certainly not any better, it might be the worst its been so far today. Its started to hurt to touch it a little, which it wasn't doing yesterday. I have a slight tingle of a headache and a little bit of a corona in the left eye.

The dilemma is that I'm off on holiday to Malta on saturday morning and my GP can't fit me in before I go. Should I risk it (4 a bizkit) and go on holiday with imminent death on the cards, or should I waste the time of our country's finest by going to A+E this afternoon and get laughed and and spat in the face by a doctor?
