It's one where a voice over is talking and there are people moving around to make different scenery and stuff in response to it. They're either dressed up as the stuff in the picture or holding stuff up. I'm describing this badly but hopefully you'll get what I mean. Like, the voice over says "which makes everyone smile" and the people form a smiley face.
