I'm reluctant to delve into VBA put fear it's my only option.

Here's today's puzzle:

- Each employee has a column corresponding to dates where there was an available shift
- The outcomes are colour-coded (pink for accepted, yellow for declined, green if they were on holiday etc)
- I simply need to add up the total number of different coloured cells for each employee

It shouldn't be too difficult.

I can't work it out.
