thinking about looking into using one of these

has anyone used any of these since they became an Actual Adult. like, not something through college/university?

what sort of thing can i expect? do they tend to be cheap/free? are they all smarmy buggers like recruitment consultants, or nice pastoral care-type people like university tutors?

or would they just look me in the eye and say "i advise you to get a career"?
