I think I've finally cracked how to slice bread properly
I like a nice slice (or two!!!) or tiger bread but I've never been able to cut it correctly - its always torn, or been thick at one end or thin at the other end, or ruined the whole loaf.
But I think I've finally got it. Nice long cuts with the blade, smooth motion, not too much pressure. Nailed it. Two perfect slices right there.
Now if only I could learn how to butter it!!!
