I’m trying to get a small print run going for a magazine I’m producing – got a quote from a printer, which I’m happy with, and want to get a bit of crowdfunding going to raise the money. Only need around £250, but after doing an initial bit of searching I’ve discovered that a lot of the ‘big’ ones, such as Kickstarter and Indigogo, charge almost 10% fees, with the latter having a minimum funding goal of £500.

Go Fund Me seems to be the best one I’ve stumbled across so far, with fee of just 7.4%. If anyone has any advice though, would be much appreciated.
