Is there a height over which changing your duvet cover stops being a problem?

I can remember having trouble as a tiny child and getting lost inside the cover forever, but now that I'm a BURMA this has stopped being a problem.

However, smaller people around me claim that this task is real ordeal.

So height and level of difficulty, please.
