Was getting some drinks at a pub in South London *spits*, and a guy came up to the bar to order. Couldn't decide what beer he wanted so asked if he could taste one of them. Fair enough. Ish. So they put a squirt of ale in a half pint glass for him and then the following things happen:

- he swills it round the glass
- HE SNIFFS THE GLASS
- he knocks it back and swishes it round his mouth
- then he pauses for thought

"Yeah, that's nice, I'll have a pint of it."
