I think drinking is making me depressed
Hi, I drink quite a lot (almost every day) and while I really like beer I think it's destroying my mind (and my health and my wallet). I often hit a stage where I become really upset and frustrated with basically everything and I think it effects my erratic mood swings the rest of the time. The problem is I have a rubbish filter at this with saying "No" or knowing when to stop.
So I'm thinking I need to try and quit for a while, has anyone had any experience/advise with and for this?
