A friend of my brother's fiancée met me last night to talk about a drawing commission she wants done, and I've met her once or twice but generally fleetingly. She's also exceptionally tall, and I am not. I met her in a pub and wasn't sure whether it was a stand off hello situation, a handshake situation (this was business, after all) or a hug situation. It turns out it was a hug situation, but as she's about a foot taller than me it required a heavy stoop on her part, and for some reason this led to me inhaling a large amount of her hair. Like, all the way down the trachea. Difficult to transition from extracting somebody's hair from your mouth to talking about a financial transaction. Good things. Please mitigate my horror by discussing times you've, I dunno, gone in for a handshake and accidentally groped someone's balls or whatever.
