colleague of mine said he's never tried couscous (or houmous which I am letting go for the purposes of thsi thread)

when I expressed my shock and horror to mr s he said we don't all come from middle class families, and reckoned he had never had it until he met me either...

wtf, couscous is a cheap, easy staple surely?
