FA Cup again this weekend, with only QPR and Spurs in action in the Prem. Ludicrously, the BBC have scheduled two separate Match of the Days to show the highlights of these rather than including them all in one programme.

In the Cup, Bradford v Reading probably has the most chance of interest: Liverpool should beat Blackburn with little difficulty while Villa v West Brom has replay written all over it. Arsenal play United on Monday.

Elsewhere, it's the second installment of the Cross Border Derby at 1.30pm. I'm probably not going to be around much this afternoon, so I'll leave it to El Goodo to provide the impartial analysis of this exciting fixture.

Elsewhere, Forest v Boro is probably the pick of the Championship games.
