I don't have or want kids.. and as the article suggests I doubt people are going to have kids for an extra £20 a week..
But surely 3 kids is enough for anyone..?
Unless you have like quintuplets or something.. or remarry and the you and the new partner want your own kid..?
That said.. if its only £20 a week, why not just do away with child benefits, and give famalies vouchers to exchange for money off childrens supplies/food so it doesn't get spent on booze/fags/jet skis
