Morning all, how are we?

I've not had a drink since last sat night, that's a record. I will undo all my good work in spectacular fashion tonight.
Busy day ahead although i'll probably push a lot of work to monday.
Saw an amusing italian film last night called 'I can quit whenever i want' nothing majorly original, just good fun.
