This is being pushed hard at present where I work, and I'm resisting as it appears to absolute hokum. I've read various articles on it, but I'm interested to hear if any of you lot have had actual REAL LIFE experience of having to do this. Is it as pointless as I think it will be? Did it actually help you (or someone you work with) at all? I suppose pithy dismissals of the whole thing as sham is what I'm really after here.
