some things that would make for some quality smashy-smashy time:

- Very long tube light bulbs (find a deserted car park, toss one up in the air as high as you can
when holding its bottom end)

- Large intricately designed vase (more valuable the better). Grip firmly either side with both hands, thrust powerfully downwards onto a tiled marble floor, the shards slide for a considerable distance)

- Glass roof of a conservatory - jump from a first floor window through the glass, arse first, onto a mattress in the conservatory below. Extra special if there is someone in the conservatory knitting and not expecting your arrival.
