Afternoon all,

Thinking I need to get a new game or two for the old PS3 and wondered if anyone could help sway my decisions?

I'm particularly intrigued by the 'Alien' franchise (but heard its a minefield of both good and poor offerings? - any steer here would be greatly appreciated) or CoD-style shoot 'em ups with decent one-player storylines to get involved in (I liked the early Medal of Honour titles - are the latest offerings any cop?).

Thoughts on either of these two avenues? (I've already got CoD: Modern Warfare and LA Noire just fyi)
